Ticketing Policy Summary

• Contact. Please ensure that you provide valid email address information for you and anyone you sign-up to our events. Email is our preferred method of communication for event details.
• Unable to Attend. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible.
• Transferring Tickets. If you wish to transfer a ticket you have purchased to someone else, please notify us as soon as possible and provide us with that person’s appropriate details.
• Refunds. If you are unable to attend and cannot transfer your ticket, we will attempt to resell your ticket. If we do, we will give you a refund. If we do not, we may not be able to refund your ticket, particularly depending on how close to the event you notify us you are unable to attend.
• Concession. We do not validate proof of concession. This price point is to enable access to our events.
• Player Age. Must be 18 years of age or older.
